• isolate yourself from others for 10 days (or longer) from the onset of your symptoms. Continue to self-isolate if you are not healthy by this time (click HERE for Gov. guidance)
• People in your house hold should isolate for 14 days (as they may not contract it from you until the 7th day you have it)
• arrange to have a Covid-19 test (click HERE for information and to arrange a test)
• let people know who you have been in-contact with in the last 48 hours.

These should be applied BEFORE entering any location and removed AFTER you leave;

How to avoid catching or spreading COVID-19

• Wash your hands with soap and water often – do this for at least 20 seconds.
• Always wash your hands when you get home or into work/school.
• Use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available.
• Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze.

• Try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell.

✖ Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean.
✖ Do not visit your doctor’s surgery, hospital or pharmacist if you are displaying any symptoms.
